Frameless Contact
People’s everyday life in this day and era is a huge synthesis permeated with fantasy, fiction, and virtual factors. Although the inter-personal relationship everyone embraced expanded significantly in the context of the internet, we still lack ‘contact’: the contact with individuals and objects bodily, temperately, tactually or even olfactory. In this exhibition, we invited artists with different cultural and societal backgrounds across the globe to gather in central London. Their works mainly focus in the form of sculpture, ceramics, painting, under the subject ‘contact’, to discuss how people establish their own connection to the surrounding people ,space and objects in various sensory experiences.
